Megan Newman is a Consumer Product Investigator and Paralegal, supporting a toxic tort and environmental law practice. Megan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. Before joining the Greenbaum Law Firm in 2023, Megan had a twelve-year career as a high school science teacher and department chair. Megan is considered “highly qualified” based on credit hours in scientific course hours upon graduation; she has attended and taught professional development courses on laboratory safety, practicum, and protocol, and the sampling and disposal of various chemicals.
During her time as part of the firm’s Proposition 65 practice, Megan has been involved with all aspects of Proposition 65 investigation, from product acquisition and substrate sampling to determining appropriate testing methodologies and helping prepare for litigation.
